About This Survey

Christadelphian Care Services is looking ahead. As the parent body encompassing both Bethsalem Care — providing high-quality residential aged care at our Happy Valley site — and GreenBriars independent living, your Board is now exploring how we can best serve Adelaide-area Christadelphians over the next 10 to 20 years.

This survey covers a range of important questions — from whether we should offer home care services, through to where future facilities might be located, and how Bethsalem Care can better support a wider range of community needs, including younger members with disabilities.

Your responses are completely confidential. Answers will only be reported in summary form to the Board. The survey takes approximately 12–15 minutes to complete.
